Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)

A SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is an item number created by the seller for internal and external purposes. A SKU is not a unique number and each seller creates SKU's in their own way.

An MFPN is assigned by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. A SKU can be modified or can be assign by yourself.

The combination of MFPN and SKU makes a product unique in the Onetrail database.

You need to remove the line with the wrong SKU/MFPN combination from your data file. Upload your modified data file. Re-uploading the file makes the wrong SKU/MFPN combination obsolete.

Next step is to add the correct SKU/MFPN combination to your data file and upload the document.

When this doesn't work out ask our support team to remove the article.
