IN SHORT: Onetrail TPN runs stable since yesterday 14:05, order-, product and special bid data might need your attention


Dear customer,


Since yesterday at 14:05, Onetrail TPN runs smoothly.


We experienced a firewall outage from 00:15 to 14:05, during which there was no Internet connectivity.


As a result, order, product, and special bid data were not received or processed during that period.


Since the restoration at 14:05, data processing has resumed.


Please review your systems to ensure there are no pending order, product, or special bid data, and verify that you have received all expected information.


We are investigating the root cause and will implement prevention measures to avoid reoccurrence.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. No further updates will be sent.
