MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

IN SHORT

Our certificate supporting Onetrail TPN services expires the second week of October 2022. Users of this certificate are required to update!

Dear customer,

Our current certificate supporting Onetrail TPN services is about to expire.

According to our administration you might need to update the certificate so you can keep on using these services.

When you are communicating via:

• HTTPS communication, signing and encryption of AS2 messages (https://as2.onetrail.net);
• Webservices (SFTP, SOAP, REST, P&A).

We will be replacing our certificate on Tuesday, October 4th 2022 at 09:00am CEST.

Fixed time frame for AS2 certificate update
The AS2 update is a coordinated action which needs a check on our side to make sure that the update is successful. Therefore we ask you to plan this certificate switch on your side on Tuesday, October 4th 2022 at 09:00am CEST.

You can delete the current certificate After October 10th.

Plan your own time frame for services certificate update
The update of the services certificate is not bound by a special time frame. The certificate is will be available on the 27^th of September and we ask you to add the new certificate to your trust store before Friday, October 7th 2020 at 20:00pm CEST.
You can delete the current certificate after October 10th.

Download new certificate
Our new certificate will be available on the 27^th of September. You can download the new certificate from our Onetrail Documentation Centre.

NOTE: Please make sure you download the new certificate and not the current one.
