Create the product data file that meets all requirements.

In order to make your product information available to your buyers, it is necessary to have a number of fixed values per product. We have made these values required by labeling them as being mandatory fields.

Without the correct product data in these mandatory fields, your product information will not be processed.

A full overview on all mandatory and optional product data fields can be found in the Product Manager - Product data file guidelines.

You always enter the net price excluding VAT.

An article without a price will not be processed by Onetrail and therefore not passed on to your customers.

You enter the Buyer GLN number of the buyer to whom you offer your products.

You have received a confirmation by e-mail from Onetrail containing this value. You can request the buyer GLN once again by sending an email to: support@onetrail.com.

You add the new article to your product data file and fill in all required fields and upload the file in the Product Manager.

Sometimes you need to match records when the new item contains a new Brand, classification VAT codes or UOM.

You can request from Onetrail that you want to report Boolean stock (transfer of stock or not, without publishing the real stock).

This is a 0/1 notation. A 0 indicates that there is no stock and a 1 indicates that stock is available.

As soon as your stock changes. Your Buyer would like to have the correct stock information at the time of ordering. You can pass your stock several times a day.

Real stock or Boolean numeric values are allowed.

For example:

  • 152 as real value
  • Boolean: 1(=stock), 0(=no stock)

No, this is not possible. Onetrail cannot process an article if mandatory field information is missing.
