MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

IN SHORT: Details about upcoming maintenance window:

• The maintenance window of Monday the 4th of July will be extended until 23:00 hours. 

Dear customer, 

We are updating the TPN platform on a regular base with the recommended software patches.
Based on the time we spent on the acceptance environment we calculate a longer downtime for patching the production environment. This will take place:

Monday the 4th of July from 19:00 – 23:00 CET.

To comply with our ISO27001 certification standards we patch our systems regularly.

Dear customer,

As we are striving to keep our systems as safe as possible we have to patch our systems.

We planned this every third Monday of the month: our platform will be down between 18.30 and 23:00.
