UPDATE: We are experiencing issues with our Onetrail platform/server. This is caused by an issue in our database after an update on our server’s Operation System.
Dear customer,
We are experiencing issues with our Onetrail Platform/Server. You may experience delay in message processing since 16/01 9:46 caused by an issue in our database after an update on our server’s Operating System that is preventing messages being processed.
You might encounter problems with sending and receiving messages (orders, invoices, etc).
We are working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT Resend your messages until this is resolved.
We will provide you with more details as quickly as possible.
Due to a company Get Together there will be limited support available on November 7th and 8th.

Dear customer, As we are striving to keep our systems as safe as possible we have to patch our systems. We planned this every third Monday of the month: our platform will be down between 18.30 and 23:00. To be as informative as possible we've planned this for the whole year 2024:
