CONFIRMATION: The Onetrail platform service interruption has been resolvedUpdate: The restart of our Onetrail platform is complete and we are checking our systems.


Dear customer,

We have restarted all Onetrail services in the platform and everything is now up and running.

At first glance everything is running correctly, however we are continuing to monitor all services and processes one by one to make sure.

As communicated earlier the Onetrail platform has been up and running again. We have been monitoring the ordering queue and all processes and have found no other service interruptions. Please note the product data process was interrupted last night, but stock updates have been done throughout the day. As this product data process runs again tonight, all data will be updated overnight again.

All order related All messages are still being processed in the order that they were received, so there . You may still be some delays experienced until later this afternoon.If are still experiencing any issues, please let us know. 

We consider this incident now solved. We will however investigate the root cause and implementing preventative measures to avoid a recurrence.

IN SHORT: Reduced staff during upcoming holidays. Onetrail system restart will occur on December 26th and January 2nd – TUESDAY evening instead of MONDAY evening.
