IN SHORT:We are experiencing issues with  Update: The restart of our Onetrail platform . We are investigating the cause with the highest priorityis complete and we are checking our systems.

Dear customer,

We are working on resolving the issues with our Onetrail platform. You can be assured these issues have all of our attention.

Currently we are performing a full restart of our Onetrail platform.

We apologize for the inconvenience. 

have restarted all Onetrail services in the platform and everything is now up and running.

At first glance everything is running correctly, however we are continuing to monitor all services and processes one by one to make sure.

All messages are still being processed in the order that they were received, so there may still be some delays experienced until later this afternoon.

If are still experiencing any issues, please let us know. We will provide you with more details as quickly as possible.


IN SHORT: Reduced staff during upcoming holidays. Onetrail system restart will occur on December 26th and January 2nd – TUESDAY evening instead of MONDAY evening.
