Minimum Staffing on Thursday, November 9th, and Friday, November 10th, 2023:
On these dates, we will be hosting a company retreat with all Onetrail employees. Consequently, our operations will be running with minimal staff throughout both days. Please rest assured that support will remain available for high-priority incidents, and our Onetrail system will be continuously monitored as usual.
We appreciate your understanding during this time.
OS Patching PRD on Monday, November 13th:
We are rescheduling the OS patching for our Production Systems to Monday, November 13th, instead of the previously planned date of Monday, November 20th. This change is due to the proximity of Black Friday.
As always, you can reach us most effectively through our Servicedesk. If you haven't yet registered for Servicedesk access, kindly send a request to support@onetrail.com.

You will need to update the certificate so that you can keep on using these services if you are communicating via:
- HTTPS communication, signing and encryption of AS2 messages (https://as2.onetrail.net);
- Webservices (SFTP, SOAP, REST, P&A).
Once the new certificate is available we will send an update email.
Fixed time frame for AS2 certificate update
The AS2 update is a coordinated action which needs a check on our side to make sure that the update is successful.
Onetrail has changed the certificate for AS2 on October 23rd @ 10:00 CET

As we are striving to keep our systems as safe as possible we have to patch our systems.
We planned this every third Monday of the month: our platform will be down between 18.30 and 23:00.
