In order to make your product information available to your buyers, it is necessary to have a number of fixed values per product. We have made these values required by labeling them as being mandatory fields.

Without the correct product data in these mandatory fields, your product information will not be processed.

You always enter the net price excluding VAT.

titleWhat happens if I don't enter a price?

An article without a price will not be processed by Onetrail and therefore not passed on to your customers.

titleWhat do I enter at Buyer (GLN)?

You enter the Buyer GLN number of the buyer to whom you offer your products.

You have received a confirmation by e-mail from Onetrail containing this value. You can request the buyer GLN once again by sending an email to: support@onetrail.com.

titleHow do I add a new article?

You add the new article to your product data file and fill in all required fields and upload the file in the Product Manager.

Sometimes you need to match records when the new item contains a new Brand, classification VAT codes or UOM.

titleCan I pass no exact stock (Boolean stock)?

You can request from Onetrail that you want to report Boolean stock (transfer of stock or not, without publishing the real stock).

This is a 0/1 notation. A 0 indicates that there is no stock and a 1 indicates that stock is available.
